30-day money-back guarantee for purchases made at Autogrip.com

We are extremely confident you will be happy with your Autogrip purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we have got your back!

You can return any purchases made from the Autogrip tools webstore for 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be in original, resalable condition with all packaging intact. If any of your items are damaged due to reasons not covered under the original product warranty, we cannot accept them back for a refund.

Proof of purchase as confirmed on the original dated sales receipt is required. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Once your product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow us 14 days to process the refund.

Please remember, this policy only applies to Autogrip products sold directly from our web store and does not apply to other Autogrip resellers.
